The Leadership Academy Night School
For several years now, since announcing the 2012 Vision for Hope City Church of having 10 congregations, we have run the Leadership Academy Night School to help us equip and develop leaders through the ranks of church life to raise up future Congregation Pastors, Worship and Pastoral Department leaders as well as influencers in the Arts and Business world.
This year the Night School is being held in our Sheffield, Liverpool and Leeds Megacentres simultaneously to make it more accessible for all our UK congregations.
The course includes FIVE nights on Tuesday night's once every month for between February and June. It's an exciting place to be as you join a new generation of leaders rising up to establish the church of God once again in this nation.
The nights consist of two 45 minutes sessions with one class of emerging and existing leaders who want to be equipped to broaden and strengthen the gift of leadership that God has placed within them. There is a refreshment break for you to catch up with other emerging leaders in your congregation and ask questions about the previous session.
As well as hearing from the Senior Leadership Team of Hope City Church, another feature this year is the addition of The Leadership Series by Phil Pringle which are brilliant 30 minute sessions on DVD with biblical and practical teaching from a proven practitioner. Phil Pringle is the Senior Pastor of C3 Church - a movement of churches which are being planted across the world. He has a sharp and illustrated style which will be sure to impact the way you think and do things within your ministry area.
If you were a part of the Night School Year One last year we recommend that you come along again as the topics and sessions have been altered for the new format.
