Welcome to Whizz Kids in Leeds! We know that Kids love playing games and playing around, they love making friends, making noise, making new things and usually making a mess too! That's why a sunday in Whizz Kids is filled with things that your kids love as they discover God's love for them!
Our Whizz Kids Teams are passionate and dedicated to making our Sunday Services the perfect place for your family, from the creative, fun and playful Whizz Juniors for all 2-4's, to the loud, interactive, exciting and inspiring Whizz Kids program for all 4-11's. From a warm welcome at the door, to a powerful chance to connect with God our team is here to serve you and your family in every way!

Here's what's happening...
Whizz Kids Christmas Party | Saturday 4th December
11:00am at The Megacentre
We’ll be Rockin’ around the Christmas Tree at the this year’s Whizz Kids Christmas Party! With mince pies, stockings, games, prizes, crafts, winter treats and lots of presents, this will be festively fantastic day for the whole family. I even hear that Santa himself is taking time out of busy, busy schedule to make a special appearance!! Why not come and kick off the season with an awesome day of fun and laughter!!
Carols By Candlelight | Sunday 12th December
6:00pm at the Megacentre
It’s the biggest and best event of the festive season! With carols, candles, a sparkle of creative magic and a visit from Santa with a present for every child, you and your family don’t want to miss this!
Christmas Eve Service | Friday 24th December
6:00pm – 7:00pm at the Megacentre
T'was the night before Christmas, when all through the house, not a creature was stirring...Except for the Big Family Party at Hope City Church. Our great Christmas Eve Service is the perfect way to set the scene for the big day, and with something for every age, it is the best place to spend time with the extended family that is Hope City Church!!
Parents Information
Here's some useful information for all the parents!
Whizz Babies are welcome in our inviting creche called the Cradle during the preach. We have breast and bottle feeding facilities and fabulous age-specific toys. Staff are well experienced and would love to meet you and your precious baby. Plus you don’t have to miss the mornings message as we have an audio-visual feed of the service in the creche whilst your child plays.
Whizz Juniors is especially for all 2-4 year old toddlers. They meet during each service in The Cradle where they hear through a wonderful story, about the life of Jesus and how much he loves them, they have fantastic crafts and a snack. A great chance for your children to make friends, and for you to link with other parents in the church, too!
Whizz Kids is for all 5-10s and they meet in our Whizz Kids room on the first floor. With loads of fun and games, music and dance and an opportunity to see the truths of the Bible come alive in young and interactive ways. We have an amazing programme that will capture your kids imagination and help them discover what a life with Jesus is all about in a fun and relevant way!
Volunteer Kids
This is a dedicated and friendly service that exists to look after the children of all the brilliant people who serve on our amazing Sunday Service Teams. We will stop at nothing to allow you to grow and serve in the church, so, every Sunday you can do so in the safe knowledge that your child is having a blast with our fully-trained and fun-loving Whizz Kids Teams. Simply drop off your child with the team when you arrive to serve on team and they will be looked after until the start of the service.
Please Note: To help you really enjoy your church experience, you can register your child as soon as you arrive at the Whizz Kids registration table. Ask at Reception for more details.
